Terms of Service

By downloading or using the No Contact app ("App"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement.

2. Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information during registration and to update it as needed.

3. Acceptable Use

When using community features, you agree not to:

• Post content that is abusive, threatening, harassing, or harmful to others.
• Share personally identifiable information about other people without consent.
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data.
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's infrastructure.

4. AI Coaching Disclaimer

The AI coaching feature provides general emotional support and is not a substitute for professional mental health services, therapy, or medical advice. If you are in crisis, please contact emergency services or a crisis helpline in your area.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

• Premium features are available through auto-renewing subscriptions managed by Apple.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at purchase confirmation.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings.
• No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods. Refund requests are handled by Apple.

6. Content Ownership

• You retain ownership of content you create (journal entries, community posts).
• By posting to the community, you grant us a license to display that content to other users within the App.
• We may remove community content that violates these Terms.

7. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time from the Profile section. Account deletion permanently removes all your data including journal entries, streaks, and community posts.

8. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the preceding 12 months.

9. Modifications

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance. We will provide notice of material changes through the App.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in harmful behavior toward other users.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New South Wales, Australia.
