No Contact ("we", "us", or "our") operates the No Contact mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
Information We Collect
We collect the following information when you use our App:
- Account Information: Email address and display name when you create an account.
- Apple Sign-In Data: If you sign in with Apple, we receive an identity token and optionally your name. We never receive your Apple ID password.
- Journal Entries: Text content you write in your personal journal within the App.
- Mood Data: Daily mood check-in scores and notes.
- Community Posts: Content you voluntarily post to the community section.
- Usage Data: Streak information, achievement unlocks, and session metadata.
- Purchase History: Subscription status managed through Apple's In-App Purchase system via our payment processor (Adapty).
How We Use Your Information
- To provide and maintain the App's core functionality (streak tracking, journaling, AI coaching).
- To personalize your recovery experience.
- To manage your account and subscription.
- To send push notifications you have opted into (e.g., daily reminders).
AI Coach
Our AI coaching feature processes your messages to provide supportive guidance. Conversations are stored on our servers to maintain session continuity. AI coaching is not a substitute for professional mental health care.
Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored securely on servers provided by Cloudflare. We use industry-standard encryption (TLS) for data in transit and secure token-based authentication. Journal entries and coach conversations are private to your account.
Third-Party Services
- Adapty: Subscription and purchase management. See Adapty's Privacy Policy.
- Apple: Sign-In with Apple authentication and In-App Purchases.
Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We do not share your data with third parties for advertising purposes. We do not use tracking technologies or participate in ad networks.
Your Rights
- Access: You can view your data within the App at any time.
- Deletion: You can delete your account and all associated data from the Profile section of the App.
- Export: Contact us to request a copy of your data.
Children's Privacy
The App is not intended for users under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App.
